We are proud to announce the launch of our Student Travel Grant program, generously provided by PELS. This initiative supports students with accepted papers, helping them attend the conference to present their research and connect with the global power electronics community.
Eligibility: To be eligible, students must have a paper accepted and present the paper, be an IEEE Student Member, and be a PELS member. Preference will be given to students who are the first author on a paper and with more than one accepted paper.
Students enrolled in power electronics programs can apply for travel support to attend ECCE-Europe, with funding of up to €1,000 (for students studying outside of the EU) or €500 (for students studying in the EU). Support is limited to one student per institution and will not exceed the total travel cost.
Recipients may be required to participate in an orientation or social event prior to the conference. Please note that students who have previously received a travel grant for a PELS conference are not eligible.
Evaluation of one -page cases for support will be used to prioritise applications based on the needs of the student, diversity/inclusivity factors and the potential impact of the support. Evaluation will be undertaken by the ECCE-Europe 2025 - Student Travel Grant subcommittee, feedback will not be given and there will be no appeals process.
Deadline: 30.06.2025
