Important Dates

- 25 February 2025: Final deadline for submission of provisional full paper

- 25 April 2025: Notification of acceptance

- 10 June 2025: Submission of final full paper

Presentation of Papers

Provisional full papers should be prepared using the IEEE conference template. The submission length of provisional full paper is limited to 5 pages.

During paper submission in ConfTool ECCE Europe 2025 the topic and sub-topic (up to three topics / sub-topics) should be selected. Furthermore, it should be made a preference for dialogue (poster) or lecture (oral) presentation during the paper upload. However, the final decision is up to the organization committees based upon the final composition of the sessions.

The final paper might contain up to 6 pages.

You can update your paper in the ConfTool until the submission deadline!

Call for Post Journal Presentations

ECCE Europe 2025 is offering a Journal-to-Conference track, providing authors of published journal papers the opportunity to present their work live to our community of experts and industry leaders.

Through these Post-Journal Presentations, authors can actively advocate for their published ideas, draw new attention to their findings, and connect with ECCE Europe’s international attendees. Note, however, that this is a presentation-only track; journal papers will not be republished in the ECCE Europe proceedings.

List of Journals from PELS and IAS Society

  • IEEE Transaction on Power Electronics
  • IEEE Power Electronics Letter
  • IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics
  • IEEE Power Electronics Magazine
  • IEEE Open Journal of Power Electronics

Conferende-to-Journal track

IEEE PELS is offering a Conference-to-Journal track for papers submitted to the ECCE Europe conference.

PELS Welcomes Post-Conference Papers

PELS welcomes post-conference papers to be submitted to our journals, including…

  • IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics
  • IEEE Open Journal of Power Electronics
  • IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics
