Do I need a visa?
A national of another EEA Member State (EEA citizens are nationals of the EU Member States, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or Switzerland may enter France with a valid personal identity card or passport, and does not require an entry permit (visa) or residence permit. Visit the Foreign Ministry website to find out whether you need a visa or not.
Passport validity
Please check that your passport is valid for at least three months after the date of departure from Germany.
Visa invitation letter
kenzler conference management is the official local conference organizer of ECCE Europe 2024 and provides an invitation letter. Please register as a user in the conference registration tool. ConfTool ECCE Europe 2024
During the registration, you are asked to provide all information needed for the letter. After creating the account, you can download the invitation letter. Please send this letter via e-mail to ecce-europe-2024[at]kcmweb[dot]de.
You will get back this letter stamped and signed.
If you need another kind of delivery, please let us know. An additional fee will be charged: 15 EUR (post) or up from 70 EUR (UPS) including tax.
